Hello, I am Dr. Rebecca Spencer. I am a psychological associate providing services in Kapolei and statewide via telehealth. I believe that while therapy requires dedication and hard work, it is a powerful catalyst for self-discovery and lasting positive change. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and compassionate space to guide you through your unique healing journey.
Born and raised here on O’ahu, I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2021. I have extensive experience providing comprehensive psychological services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
I specialize in psychological assessments for individuals seeking clarity regarding ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning and developmental disabilities, substance use, and complex emotional or behavioral concerns. Additionally, I provide evidence-based therapy for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and social-emotional challenges, as well as couples seeking to overcome unique relationship dynamics.
