Psychological Associate

Born and raised in Central O’ahu, my professional mission has always been to give back to the community that nurtured and supported me. After completing my undergraduate studies in California, I returned home to pursue my graduate training, earning my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Hawai’i School of Professional Psychology in 2014.

With years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages—including children, adolescents, and adults—navigating a diverse range of life challenges. My primary specialties include comprehensive psychological assessment and therapy for ADHD, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioral concerns. I believe that a thorough evaluation serves as a vital stepping stone for self-discovery and healing, providing a clear roadmap that can guide and enhance the therapeutic process.

While seeking testing or therapy can feel daunting, I strive to ease any reservations by offering a safe, empathetic, supportive, and highly collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable and heard.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time and "talking story" with my family and friends. I also love traveling, reading, watching movies and documentaries, listening to music, and catching up on the latest Asian dramas.
